Your medical records belong to you

Not to a clinic, a hospital, or six different patient portals. Bring a lifetime of documents into one place you control — then let AI make sense of them, and share them with the doctors you choose.

Ownership

You hold the records, not the health system

A history spread across clinics, hospitals and labs — each with its own portal, its own login, and no interest in giving you the whole picture. Here it lives in one chart that is yours: you decide who sees it, you can revoke that at any time, and you can delete it.

  • One chart, however many providers it came from
  • Nobody sees it unless you invite them
  • Revoke access in one click, effective immediately

Understanding

Current AI models, working through your history

Every document is categorised, summarised and cross-referenced. Lab values are pulled out and tracked across years, so a slow drift that no single visit would reveal becomes a line on a chart. Ask a question in plain language and get an answer drawn only from your own documents, with citations back to the page it came from.

  • Summaries and categories for every document, in English and Hebrew
  • Lab markers tracked over time, with reference ranges
  • A second opinion that reads your whole history, not one page

Sharing

Your doctor reads ten minutes, not a hundred PDFs

Invite a doctor with an email address or a phone number. They get read-only access — they can see everything and change nothing — plus a generated brief that condenses the whole corpus into a problem list, what has already been investigated, and the open questions.

  • Read-only by design: a doctor cannot alter your records
  • A one-page brief instead of an unsorted folder
  • Every original document one click away

Before anything leaves

Your name never reaches the AI

Documents are converted to text and stripped of identifying details — names, national ID numbers — before a single word is sent to an AI provider. If an identifier survives that step, the document is held back rather than sent. The original text is kept for you and your doctors to read, and never leaves the system.

Scanned pages are read on our own infrastructure rather than by an external vision model, because an image cannot be de-identified until it has been read.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Add your documents

PDFs, scans, photos, discharge letters, lab results — in Hebrew, English, or both.

  2. Step 2

    They are de-identified, then analysed

Text is extracted and scrubbed, then categorised, summarised and indexed for search.

  3. Step 3

You read it, or your doctor does

Browse a timeline, follow a lab marker across years, or share the whole chart.

Start with one document

You do not need to upload everything to get something useful. Add the last set of lab results and see what comes back.

Get started

MyGabrielAI organises and explains records you already have. It is not a medical device, nothing it produces is a diagnosis, and AI output can be wrong — every original document stays one click away, and findings belong in a conversation with a qualified clinician.
