Terms of Service

MyGabrielAI organises medical records you already have. It converts documents to text, removes identifying details, and uses AI to summarise, categorise and cross-reference them so that a history spread across many documents can be read quickly.

It is not a medical device. Nothing it produces is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or medical advice, and using it creates no doctor–patient relationship. Every finding must be confirmed against the underlying document and discussed with a qualified clinician before it informs any decision.

In an emergency, contact emergency services. Do not use this service to seek urgent help, and do not delay care because of anything you read here.

Summaries, categories, extracted lab values and second opinions are generated by statistical models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. A value may be misread, a date attached to the wrong event, or a finding omitted entirely.

The original document is always available alongside the generated text, and it is the authority. Where they disagree, the document is right.

You must be at least [age] to hold an account, and you are responsible for the security of the email address or phone number you sign in with — anyone controlling it can reach your records. One account is either a patient account or a doctor account; it cannot be both.

Your records remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your documents, process them as described in the Privacy Policy, and show them to you and to anyone you share with.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for not uploading anyone else's records without their authority.

Sharing is always started by you and can be revoked by you at any time. A doctor you invite has read-only access: they can see your records and change nothing.

We do not verify that someone holding a doctor account is a licensed clinician. Choosing the "doctor" role grants nothing by itself — access comes only from a patient inviting a specific email address or number. Satisfy yourself that you are inviting the person you think you are.

• Do not use the service to provide medical care to others in place of proper clinical systems.
• Do not attempt to access records that have not been shared with you.
• Do not probe, scan or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not upload malicious files.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time. It is not a system of record: keep your own copies of anything that matters, and do not treat MyGabrielAI as your only store of a document.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any decision made in reliance on output from this service, nor for indirect or consequential loss. [State any liability cap, and note that liability which cannot lawfully be excluded — such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence — is not excluded.]

You can stop using the service and delete your records at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms.
